"He provides a very valued service which we are very thankful for"

(as a relative),

I just wanted to write and say a big thank you to our Huntington’s nurse specialist Alan.. following another successful visit we are very grateful for the care and support he provides not only for my aunt, but for all of us as a family.  Things have been particularly tough recently with disease progression and he spent a while today speaking with us and putting us at ease. He completely understands our family dynamics and has gotten to know us all personally and always makes time for us to be there answer our concerns..  I don’t know where we would be without him! He provides a very valued service which we are very thankful for.

I am glad to hear that your aunt received such kind, professional and knowledgeable care from Alan, her Huntington’s nurse specialist

It’s often the small things that can make such a different, and I am glad to hear that Alan has been able to provide such a person centred approach to the support provided to both your aunt and your wider family.
