"Slieve Roe House"

I recently had a fall at home resulting in a hip fracture. Upon discharge from hospital I availed of 2 weeks respite in Slieve Roe House. The care I received in Slieve Roe house was excellent, the staff did their utmost best for me and all the other residents too. The attention of the staff was amazing, the staff were all friendly and professional and were always available to help or even just for a chat. I couldn't find one fault in any of the staff in Slieve Roe House.

My room was lovely, it was very clean, comfortable, private and very homely. I felt very relaxed there.

The food was very tasty, lots of choice available, I enjoyed meal times as I knew I would always have a delicious, fulfilling meal.

The daily activities available were great, I enjoyed every one of them. There is also a hairdressing room which I availed of. The hairdresser came in and I had my hair done which made me feel like a new woman.

I was very happy with the care I received in Slieve Roe House and would like to thank all the staff for the excellent care I received and the kindness that was shown to me.
