Full appraisal of my COPD condition, also looked into my weight loss.
Expedited a rescue package to keep at home to use when needed, and advice on how to handle my condition, changed tablets and inhaler.
Respiratory nurse Heidi was professional and at the same time very easy to talk to, more like a friend, made it very easy for me to open up about my condition.
If all consultations were like this it would reduce the stress in clinical appointments.
If I have to have another home visit I hope it will be with nurse Heidi.
