(as a parent/guardian),

Very knowledgeable. Keep daughter calm and talked her all the way through procedure. Sent home with at home care kit and full instructions on how to care at home and if any complications occur who to get in contact with. Was expecting more blood and swelling on toe but it's actually very clean and little to no swelling. Couldn't have asked for a better member of staff.

I was delighted to hear both your daughter and yourself had a positive experience

Any minor surgery has the potential to cause anxiety and our aim is always to try to keep this to an absolute minimum where possible. Providing information that is helpful before, during and after the surgery is of paramount importance in assuring we limit this anxiety. It is therefore so useful for us to know that this has been achieved so once again many thanks for taking the time to contact us. It is very much appreciated.

I will of course ensure that the Podiatrist(s) who cared for your daughter are made aware of your comments.
