(as a service user),

I am a 'Regular' at the Crosshouse Renal Medicine OP clinic having CKD - diabetes related.

Yesterday my  Doctor was Dr McKenzie. Lovely Lady with an outstanding technique. Just like her colleagues (Drs, Nurses and supporting staff) in that department.

The clinic was very busy but I experienced respect, care and reassurance that I was doing the right thing.  Dr McKenzie is to be commended.

I am glad to hear that you received excellent care and service throughout your recent visit and it will be my pleasure to share your kind comments with the wider Team in the Department and in particular with Dr McKenzie.
