(as the patient),

I attended my breast screening appointment yesterday at the West of Scotland Breast Screening Sevice mobile service at Tesco in Linwood.

Just wanted to praise the two radiographers and the mobile unit. The radiographer was kind, friendly and instantly put me at ease and was considerate that I was not too uncomfortable throughout the x-rays.

The unit itself was spotlessly clean and warm.

I have passed on your very kind words to the radiographers and the transport officer who were working on this mobile unit. It is so encouraging to hear that we are doing a good job and I am so grateful to you for taking the time out to give this feedback.
