(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I was taken into the Emergency Department and I was treated very quickly. I do not have a lot of experience of being in hospital thankfully and I just want to commend the staff on their attention and care which was all done with such kindness and a friendly manner.

I was treated for 2 days and overnight in Ward 3B. I have been back for two more reviews with the Respiratory Hub and again the same exceptional attention and friendly staff - both medical and non medical. 

Thank you all so much. I have recovered well and hopefully permanently. I just want to share my appreciation.
