About: New Victoria Hospital / Dermatology

(as a service user),

I was referred by my GP to the Dermatology Department in the New Victoria Hospital, Glasgow. All the staff at the clinic were welcoming. I was seen at short notice and my treatment undertaken in a very short time-frame.

The Consultant Dermatologist, Dr Zamiri, was superb - competent, understanding and efficient. She has a lovely manner.

A mole was removed by Nurse Elaine Murray - she was reassuring and made me feel at ease. I got the impression she was experienced and very good at her job.

The procedure was entirely painless and undertaken swiftly. Sincere thanks for superb care.
