My mother has to wait almost 3 hours to be seen after her appointment time. Whilst sitting in the waiting room other patients that came in after her were taken before her. She was very annoyed and distressed at how she was treated.
Very disappointed, after all we travelled over an hour to get to Craigavon and when she was eventually seen she got a new cast and x-ray and was out with half an hour.
Why was she made to wait so long? Is it because she was a Daisy Hill referral?
