What I liked

After initial concerns about my mother's treatment in A&E I can now say that she could not be receiving any better care. The staff are friendly, caring and helpful. Above all I have been kept informed of her progress at every stage. I am able to visit at any time and stay with my mother for as long as I like.

It is comforting to know that she is in the right hands.

We are also pleased to hear that you feel you have been kept informed of your mother's progress, as we have recently focused on ensuring that carers and relatives are kept regularly informed about patient treatment and progress.
