"First responders and trip to A&E"

About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Emergency Department Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / First responder paramedic

(as a relative),

We would like to send our sincere thanks to Bob the first responder (from South Eastern Trust) and also to All the staff at Daisy Hill A&E department.

Bob arrived within minutes of my mum taking ill. Straight away he put her at ease and made a stressful time for her very comfortable and easy. He has a fantastic bedside manner and the trust are lucky to have this calibre of staff committed to their profession.

Following this very pleasant visit we went to Daisy Hill A&E and we couldn’t fault any part of the service one bit; from parking, to admin staff to every Doctor, Nurse and support staff we came into contact with. Each and every staff member was attentive, pleasant and caring. My mum had a full examination and the service she received was exceptional.

Keep up the good work, you all make a huge difference and are very much appreciated.
