"Lovely positive experience"

I attended Pelvic Health Physiotherapy and was seen by Therapist Rachel.

The whole experience from start to finish was so positive, I would really like to feedback that Rachel was fantastic, from an initial phone consultation where she was so understanding and knowledgeable, to,meeting her for a face-to-face appointment at University Hospital Wishaw, she made me feel at ease, showing care and compassion.

I came away from the appointment knowing exactly what I needed to do, I would also like to say she was very supportive of me having my son with me, offering me her room to change and breastfeed him.

The Receptionist within the department was also very approachable and helpful. Thank you, Rachel is a credit to NHS Lanarkshire.
