About: South West & Southampton Division / Frailty Support Team - Lymington

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

I had to tell my story but words alone are not enough, it would be inadequate in order to express how very grateful we are for the care, attention and kindness that my wife has been shown by the team. Going above and beyond! Over the period she was seen by a number of different people - all of whom were first class and excellent. We weren't aware of this service before but are so pleased to have their input and to have met them. Thank you so much.
