About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

My mum and I were waiting in ED after my sister had been in a car crash.

There was a lady at the door who looked after everyone who came into the building. She directed people where to go, was kind & efficient. I think she was a volunteer.

My mum and I both commented on how good she was at what she was doing. I think she was an asset to your service.
