Paramedic came out to see my mum today was clear, polite, gentle and informative while seeing my mum,unrushed and 100% competent. She also checked over my dad as he is a patient also. Thank-you your 1 day a week at WoodEnd is priceless. Felt listened to and info acted on. I feel so much better already
