"Really helpful, kind and caring"

About: North Down Community Services / Ards Community Midwives

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been under the care of the community midwifery team in the SE Trust. The midwives and support staff have been brilliant, calling out with lots of practical advice, listening to both myself and my husband, answering many questions and keeping an eye on my own health with various clinical obs. Each member of staff in this team has been really helpful, kind and caring. I have felt that they really helped to listen to us and reassure us. I have also been provided with much support in my breast feeding journey with lots of really useful advice.
