"The team have been fantastic."

About: Maternity / Emergency Obstetric Unit

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

After having been discharged from Maternity I have had to contact the Emergency Obstetrics Unit again on two different occasions. Staff were very helpful, kind and caring.

I have not planned to need the EOU so much but it has been very helpful and has really looked after me in the community. Staff are very calm and also reassuring. I felt that from making the first phone call to being seen in person, the team have been fantastic.

I have felt that these midwives have been diligent to ensure that I was being taken care of. I also had a follow up call to discuss results taken from tests when I was in the department. I have seen first hand how these excellent staff have dealt with such a range of diverse obstetrics issues and have dealt with each person individually.
