My Mum has been in hospital for almost 2 months. She started in ward 9B, then was moved to haematology, ward 4C. The nurses, doctors, auxiliaries, cleaners and all of the support staff on the ward have been extremely helpful and friendly. My Mum has felt cared for, heard and well looked after, despite the very challenging circumstances. The ward staff have managed to create a welcoming and caring atmosphere, they are exceptionally attentive and are a credit to the NHS.
"A welcoming and caring atmosphere"
