"Excellent GP"

I attended my local out of hours service. The GP I saw was obviously very trauma and mental health informed, which is fantastic. He really listened to me and took the time to reassure me about a few things in relation to my care. He provided me with good insight and a better plan for trying to move forward in the future. I left my appointment feeling hopeful. I don't always feel like medical professionals understand me and I can often feel very misunderstood and judged when I receive treatment and care. However, the GP I saw was extremely patient and understanding and it meant a lot that he took so much time to chat.
