"The staff were all kind and caring"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Breast surgery

(as a service user),

I was worried about the appointment, I’d never had a mammogram before and as a nurse myself, it’s very uncomfortable being on the other side. The staff were all kind and caring and made it a lot more bearable, particularly the two lovely receptionists, SN Hayley and Miss Hyklova. Also the radiographer, but I didn’t get her name. Lucky for me, all is well ☺️
