(as a service user),

Massive thank you to Gary, a paramedic from east end of Glasgow Ambulance service, who attended my elderly mum one early evening recently.

Also, the crew (apologies I cant remember names, 1 male and 1 female) from Coatbridge depot who attended and took her to Monklands. All 3 demonstrated professionalism and compassion while mum was in their care. A credit to SAS.

I would also like to acknowledge staff in ED where mum was admitted. They were under immense pressure due to volume of patients and remained upbeat and positive despite this.
