"The genuine kindness of the staff touched my heart"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Endoscopy

(as a service user),

I would like to thank all the staff at Monklands endoscopy unit. I recently attended the unit and was treated with professionalism and care at every point. I felt well informed about the process and the genuine kindness of the staff touched my heart. Thank you so much you made an embarrassing situation easy.
