I feel it my duty to convey to the staff our sincere thanks for the professional care received at Southwest acute hospital right from the male receptionist at the main entrance and especially to nurse Ciara.
Shania and Winston the hospital porter. (We know many more where working behind the scenes too so thank you also) Credit where credit is due guys, yes it may have been just a day at the office :Office: to you guys but it was first class treatment to my husband and myself. I've sung your praises to many from yesterday, and said there's no private care company that could have given him the attention to detail that he received. Right down to the tea and coffee and biscuits, thank you Shania.!
Then after a follow up of bloods taken yesterday, Clara was on the phone this Saturday morning, requesting that we get the extra medication today which showed up being needed. Not only that she also sorted me out
with the southern trust number as to where obtain same, as Omagh is in the Western trust. I sincerely hope this simple mail hits the guys at the top and their thanks too is fed right down the system to those on the front line.
