"Sensitivity and professionalism"

Appointment began on time.

Radiologist was very friendly and extremely professional; after taking details from me, she explained very clearly why I had been called for this procedure and what it would involve. I felt very at ease .

After the scan , she explained the main findings. She informed me that within two weeks my GP will present the results in detail and prescribe the recommended medication.

She also advised me that a further, similar scan should take place in February 2026 and I need to request this from my GP.

I received appropriate information leaflets on my condition.

The entire appointment took 40min as stated in my appointment invitation.

In essence, I was very content with my appointment and commend the radiologist for her sensitivity and professionalism.
