"Knights in shining amour"

About: Belfast City Hospital / Outpatients Services

(as a service user),

I have an immune suppressant disease and have contacted Covid twice within the last six months. On both occasions I was treated with an infusion at the clinics. The added value was the staff, their care and attention was exceptional. If you can imagine no one wanting to be near you and feeling so sick and then the knights in shining amour arrive straight from the discharge lounge, their care knowledge,  compassion and humour needs  to be bottled and distributed. I will never be able to thank them enough.
