Thank you for your feedback.

We are very privileged to be able to treat people in their own. Heart failure can often be hard to treat and can take time, therefore staying at home for treatment is of benefit to patients as they are more comfortable and have their own facilities close by.

I will pass on your feedback to all the staff.
