About: Older People’s Services / Hospital at Home Northern Sector

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I just want to say thank you for providing me with this service.  I did not wish to go into hospital again and I am so grateful/lucky I was able to avail of the hospital at home team.  I have nothing but praise for the team and how they looked after me and my treatment.  

We need more services like this one. Again, thank you all for looking after me.

Thanks for your feedback.

We aim to prevent hospital admissions and I am glad to hear you were able to be treated at home.

I agree the NHS needs more teams like Hospital at home to prevent admissions to hospital and with more funding in the future we would hope this will happen.

It as a pleasure to look after you at home and I always say we as a team are very privileged to be made so welcome in patient homes.

I will pass on your feedback to all the staff.
