I took a relative to A & E on Friday 2 Feb as she had a bad fall. From registering at reception to the two Triage checks, the porter taking her to x-ray, the treatment was great.
The doctor she saw was Dr Klotts (apologies I have the name wrong). What a lovely caring lady. The treatment my relative got was simply outstanding - a very thorough examination which was very reassuring for her. The doctor listened and she was making notes of the answers.
Although it was very busy, there was no feeling of being rushed, just concern that all checks were done, and reassurance given.
