(as a service user),

Hi my feedback is to acknowledge the amazing experience, I have had and continue to have as part of my time @ the wonderful RE:NEW! Re:New has changed my life and continues to give me the tools I need to succeed with my ongoing recovery. A professional, caring, inclusive, genuine service is provided here, by people who really care about what they do. 

Simply put, I don't think I would be here alive today, without the support this vital service has provided me with. My journey continues and with each passing day I move further away from the depths I have previously found myself in, and I have RE:NEW and myself ;-) to thank for that! 

My biggest supports on this journey are Ryan and Becky, wonderful, inspiring, relatable, confident, knowledgeable, sincere people. I have no words to express my gratitude for the ongoing support they have and continue to provide me with. 

Simply amazing and so valuable.

I always feel safe and welcome whenever engaging with the Re:New service. 

Never looked back!

Holistically supporting adult service users to initiate recovery from drug and/or alcohol dependence; empowering Service Users to build their own recovery capital and supporting them to move into long term sustained recovery and social (re) integration. It is my responsibility to co-ordinate the work and development of all Pathways to Recovery through Peer Mentors and provide a point of liaison for Service Users and their feedback.
