About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I was welcomed to dermatology department at the RCH Treliske by the team, each was introduced by Dr.Hill, there were Fiona, Charlotte and Yosuf. I felt very comfortable after being introduced to the masked team. The procedure progressed with great efficiency and a calm narrative they kept me informed with each from local anaesthetic to the placing of the dressing over the site. I was offered the chance to view the site with a mirror, which I declined.

The after care instructions were clearly explained and the result of the histopathology would be available in 3-4 weeks; when Dr. Hill would let know the outcome. I cannot over emphasise how brilliant the whole team were during my visit.
