About: Diabetes Services / Diabetic Eye Screening

(as a carer),

I brought my mum in for her diabetic eye screening appointment. Excellent service from the staff. 

However it is a considerable distance to get to the department for an elderly patient.

Hi, my name is Amanda, I am the Service Manager for Diabetic Eye Screening. Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback it is very much appreciated. I am pleased to hear you were happy with the service provided by our Staff and will be sure to pass this on to the Team.

I agree we are quite a distance from the main entrance. Unfortunately we have no control over where we are situated, however there is the option to speak to someone at the Main Reception to arrange a Porter with a chair for your Mum if that would be of use for future appointments perhaps.
