"I felt well and truly safe and taken care of."

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Accident & Emergency Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Acute Receiving Unit (Units 1-5) Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / General medicine (Wards 5d) Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as the patient),

I cannot thank the staff enough from Paramedics, A&E , ARU1 and Ward 5D. From when I was picked up by ambulance to coming home, every department was amazing, I cannot fault any of them. I felt well and truly safe and taken care of. When leaving I had my outpatient appointment given to me. All of the above staff were kind and helpful in each department.
