"Treated so kindly and professionally"

About: Outpatients / Fracture Clinic

(as a service user),

This is my second visit to the plaster room & yet again I was treated so kindly and professionally by nurses Mags & Julie. They really listened  to me and gave me a smashing  comfy bandage! Important work because wearing a bandage is yuck and it needs to be perfect.

Thank you ladies.
