My daughter and I have been with my family  nurse Stacey for the last year and a half. From being pregnant to now it has been a rollercoaster, stacey has been through it all with us and supported me through some of the toughest times in my life, when my daughter was diagnosed with hydrocephalus back in 2022 I was so overwhelmed with emotion and so scared for what was to come, we would have never of known if it wasn’t for the home visit and regular checkups from Stacey she went well beyond to to support me and my family through such a scary time. Stacey is a credit and has gave me so much courage and strength helping me transform from a pregnant scared teenager into the mother I am today and I will forever be grateful for everything she has done for us.

Hi Amyxg33, thank you so much for taking the time to share your story about engaging with Family Nurse Partnership and your relationship with Stacey.

It appears to have been a really difficult time for you and your family throughout the early postnatal period, with the concerns for your daughter.

But I am delighted to hear how well you are both doing now, and how you found the support, guidance and continuity of having Stacey visit regularly has helped you through those challenging times. I will be sure to share your story with Stacey.

Your own strength, confidence and courage is so evident from the lovely words you have written today.
