About: Aberdeen Maternity Hospital / Obstetrics (Maternity care)

(as the patient),

I recently had my baby in Aberdeen Maternity Hospital. It was the best experience and can’t thank enough all the personnel who took care of me ❤️ I’d like to thank amazing midwife from Triage Caroline, who made me feel calm and reassured me in theatre. Anaestetic Anne who was talking to me during the operation, smiling, distracting me from what was going on, answering all my silly questions :) and of course Dr Littlewood who did the operation and came to check on me afterwards.  I’d like to thank Claire, Molly, Kera from Summerfield ward. You are all wonderful and I love the humour and positivity one can feel during the special day! I’ve had my older kids delivered abroad in the private clinics and I can tell - the care I had at Aberdeen Maternity Hospital was the best!

And also, the food afterwards was very delicious :)
