"They were all very kind and thorough"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Accident and emergency South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / NHS 111

(as the patient),

At home I woke in the middle of the night to find that I could hardly move. Eventually I managed to crawl to the phone and asked 111 for help.

They soon had an ambulance on the way to me. The ambulance crew were extremely helpful and made sure I had everything I needed ready for the hospital.

On arrival at A&E I was seen by nurses and doctors within minutes.  They were all very kind and thorough and carried out a full examination.

I have nothing but praise for the whole team and would like to thank them very much.
