My sister was admitted with a heart attack last Sunday night. She said she was so impressed with A&E staff. Attentive and caring. 

I want to pass my gratefulness to the staff at ward 114 and 103 who were great. Particularly Marilyn (I’m sure that was her name) a staff nurse on 114. I knew more about my sister in 30 seconds than I did from my husbands 4 day admission in forth valley. She took obs and explained what was normal, why it was normal and why she was checking them. Informing patients properly as well as their family and carers doesn’t happen enough. Well done! Keep going!
