"We knew we were in great hands"

About: Continuity of Midwifery Carer Service / Emerald Team

(as the patient),

This programme was brilliant, especially as a first-time mum, I felt very supported and had an avenue to reach out to for advice when needed.

All of the girls on the programme that I met were amazing, Vicky, Rachel, Rebecca, Breige and Susanne were so friendly and I cannot say enough good things about them. In particular though Gillian was very supportive from day 1, offering loads of advice, care and support both through my one to one appointments with her and texts. I was delighted to have her with me going into labour.

Getting to know the girls made it easier for me and my husband to relax throughout the process as we knew we were in great hands. Cannot praise this programme enough and delighted to have been a part of it.
