Sarah and Maria (Occupational Therapists) have been absolutely fabulous in their care for my step-mum. They arrived after she had had a fall and was discharged from hospital.
They’ve been so supportive and encouraging with exercises. They’ve helped to de-risk the house with handrails, shower seat and loo rails and have kept me (I live 200 miles away) updated regularly.
They also spotted other issues eg my step-mum not managing her medication and that she’d lost weight and so they organised ‘build up’ drinks to go on her prescription. They have been so professional, tenacious and reassuring, it’s been wonderful.
