"Nurses go above and beyond"

About: Causeway Hospital / Surgical 1

(as the patient),

I was admitted through A&E to surgical one. On admission it was late evening the nurses saw I was anxious about staying in Hosiptal. They made every effort to comfort and reassure me.

Surgical 1 was my home for 10 days during this time the staff showed empathy towards my situation. The nurses stayed over their shift to ensure I received my pain relief not only that but chatted with me to ensure I was relaxing.

These nurses work so hard daily going above and beyond for their patients. I cannot thank staff enough for taking care of me and sharing in my journey. All the staff in surgical one are exceptional they made my stay so much more at ease.
