My daughter likes Sara and the playroom, where we did painting and play do!

We were kept informed about what was happening, the actions being taken, and what would happen next, when known.

The nurses were very caring and kind.

Thank you so much for your kind comments about everyone who cared for you and your daughter during your stay with us - you feedback is greatly appreciated!

We are incredibly lucky to be able to offer our patients and families a play room, provided through generous donations and funding. We know how valuable play, activities and our play specialists are to help make hospital stays for our children, young people and families much easier - I am very happy to hear Sara and all our staff colleagues looked after you with kindness and consideration and your daughter was able to enjoy all our activities available.

I am also very pleased you were provided with such prompt and thorough communication about you daughter's care throughout your stay. We understand the crucial part clear and timely communication plays in providing the very best of care - I am so glad you experienced this from all our staff colleagues who looked after you both.

I will directly share your message with Sara, everyone who looked after you and your daughter during your stay with us and the wider Children's unit - they will be delighted to hear about your lovely feedback.
