"Lack of communication"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / General surgery

(as a carer),

Husband admitted to surgical ward for 4 days. Very little information given to him or me, and when it was it was often contradictory and changing without explanation. When I called the ward it was a patient that answered! And when I did speak to staff I don’t think I should have to ask for the person's name and what profession they are.
