(as a carer),

I feel extremely let down by Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire.

My mum is a cancer patient who is palliative and in desperate need of additional support following a UTI. I have been left hanging for 3 weeks now waiting on support being put in place, which has negatively impacted both my mum's health and my own.
