About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Pre-Assessment Clinic

(as the patient),

Firstly, I reported to out-patient reception and was dealt with with immediately by a pleasant receptionist who directed me to the appropriate waiting area.  I was nearly 10 minutes early but was taken right away by the nurse (Amanda) who conducted 90% of the assessment.  Amanda put me at ease with her cheery personality and went through the process quickly and efficiently. I felt that she was really interested in me and my case and gave me confidence that I was being dealt with in a professional manner. She was a joy to be dealt with.
