About: Bevan Group Practice

(as a service user),

I have had no contact regarding test results, have to chase up yourself.

I have found the staff rude and dismissive.

I have also found it impossible to get an appointment. Their phone on the day system simply does not work, in my experience. Takes over an hour to get through, after repeated attempts to even get into the telephone queue, by which time, there are no appointments left.
