About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Dermatology

(as a relative),

Took my elderly Mother up to an appointment at the Dermatology dept in the Royal Alexandra Hospital, Paisley earlier today.

Dr.Robertson and her assistant Shona, were nothing short of fantastic. They made my Mum feel so safe in their care and held my Mum's hand throughout her short procedure. It was a real pleasure to meet these 2 ladies, who were a joy to communicate with and everything was so upbeat. What change to experience this in a hospital, as normally, from my experience, staff, although very professional within their roles, very rarely interact in the way these 2 professionals did with myself and my Mum. Kudos to you both and thank you for everything you did for my Mum earlier today.
