"Attending hospital to have a heart monitor fitted."

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Cardiology

(as a service user),

I attended Forth Valley Hospital, Larbert to have a heart monitor fitted to confirm if I have artrial fibrilation.   The nurse was very pleasant. Took a heart trace first then fitted heart monitor which I was to wear for 24 hours.

Dear Granny Poppins, thanks for letting us know about your visit to the cardiology department for this test. It sounds as though it was a straightforward visit and you had a good interaction with our investigation department staff. They'll be pleased to hear about this.

I hope everything goes well with your monitoring period and we look forward to getting your tape back for reporting in due course.

With best wishes
