"Physiotherapy exercises that suit me"

About: Trust Wide Physiotherapy Services / Physiotherapy Musculoskeletal Outpatient Service

(as the patient),

The 2 girls that seen me were lovely and completely understanding that I am a mum and don’t have all the time in the world to do exercises. They were able to give me a handful of exercises that would suit me to help and that I would be able to do in a short 20 minutes.
