I got a text about seasonal vaccinations and booked an appointment as soon as I could. The Royal Victoria Hospital is always busy and can be challenging to navigate but it was the nearest option. When I found the vaccination centre it was quiet and calm. The staff were friendly and polite, chatting to me while answering my questions. They were very professional and everything went well. Thank you.
