"Very caring, professional staff"

I recently had to attend the Breast Screening Unit at Altnagelvin Hospital. As expected, I was very apprehensive prior to the appointment, however, on arrival I was met by very caring, professional staff and this theme remained throughout my time at the clinic. 

In particular I would like to mention Hannah the radiographer, who carried out my mammogram. At a previous appointment at a different clinic, I had a mammogram that proved to be quite an unpleasant experience, but in contrast the mammogram carried out by Hannah was a very comfortable and positive experience. She explained the procedure in great detail and made me feel at ease throughout. 

In regard to the overall service provided, it was amazing to get tests completed and results provided within the space of a few hours.
